Glory Bound lyrics (The Wailin’ Jennys)

The Wailin’ Jennys

This is one beautiful song…

Glory Bound (Ruth Moody)
When I hear that trumpet sound
I will lay my burdens down
I will lay them deep into the ground
Then I’ll know that I am glory bound
I’ll be travelin’ far from home
But I won’t be looking for to roam
I’ll be crossing o’er the great divide
In a better home soon I will reside
When I’m in my resting place
I’ll look on my mother’s face
Never more will I have to know
All the loneliness that plagues me so
So I’m waiting for that train to come
And I know where she’s coming from
Listen can you hear her on the track
When I board I won’t be looking back

Ross Ching’s new time-lapse photography: Little Bribes

[Death Cab for Cutie – Little Bribes from Ross Ching on Vimeo.]

Very impressive time-lapse of Death Cab for Cutie‘s Little Bribes by Ross Ching Shot almost completely in LA, he describes how he put together his video (and states that he isn’t affiliated with the band) on his website. Treat yourself to a few minutes of impressive creativity. Wow.

P.S. This has to be the dumbest name for a band (but what do I know?? My favorite band’s name is The Police! :), but the song is fun…
